Bloons Tower Defense 2 is the best tower defense game I have ever played. Like most games in its genre, “enemies” (albeit enemy balloons) move along a set track, while you build towers to pummel them. Rather than repeated waves of similar enemies, with ever increasing hit points - in bloons, popped balloons turn into less powerful popped balloons. Each type of balloon in bloons has its own unique attributes - white balloons are immune to ice, black are immune to cannons and lead are immune to darts and spikes. Rather than leave you to find out for yourself, helpful tips are displayed at the end of each level.

The game has 6 towers, each with two separate upgrades. The towers are unique enough to provide several different strategies, and the different balloon weaknesses encourage different types of towers to be built. That said, cannon towers do seem to be the most powerful - I was able to beat the game on all three difficulties building only cannon towers. There are two items, spikes and glue, which can be dropped along the balloon track. This adds another strategic element to the game, and adds some excitement to the gameplay.

The game takes a while to master. There are three maps, one for each difficulty. The third map is unique in that it offers two separate, intersecting paths for the balloons to travel through. The graphics are simple. The upgraded versions of the towers look the same as the regular versions, and some times the explosion effect doesn’t quite match up with the balloons popped. The game has no music, but the sound effects are pretty good. I was not able to find any bugs.

I would highly recommend this game to anyone who has not yet played it.

Fratboy House Wars is a worms-like game, in which you lob books, kegs, dogs, rockets and what might be beer bottles at an adjacent frat house. If you like worms, or scorched earth, you’ll probably like it – and if you do decide to play it, make sure you click the cat in the forth level!

At first glance, 13 days in hell appears to be quite impressive. The game has a neat occult feel to it, the menus have a 3d book as a back drop, and the game starts by having you sign the ’13 days challenge pact’. Sadly, after a few rounds, the game play starts to get highly repetitive, and what you are left with is a highly-polished, but highly mediocre game.

Escaping Paris 2 is a very short, very simple little game in which you help Paris Hilton escape from jail. The controls are very simple, and all items are used automatically.
